Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents. 2. Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 18.12.2024 registered as Case Crime no. 0235/2024, under sections 109(1) of BNS. Police Station- Pipri, District Kaushambi. 3. Ms. Divya Ojha, learned AGA has raised a preliminary objection qua maintainability of the instant writ petition on the premise that the investigation has commenced and there is no- cooperation in the on-going investigation.
