Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J. Hon'ble Prashant Kumar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.209 of 2025 under Section 348, 384, 387, 388, 395, 403, 448, 467, 471, 472, 506 and 120B IPC, P.S.Indrapuram, Trans Hindan Commissionerate, Ghaziabad, District-Prayagraj. 3. In pith and substance, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer for issuance of suitable direction for fair and impartial investigation. 4. Learned A.G.A. submits that the police authorities are under the obligation to do the investigation fairly, impartially and expeditiously and the same would be done in accordance with law. 5. In the aforesaid factual situation, we are of the view that no useful purpose would be served by keeping the instant petition
