Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the First Information Report, registered as Case Crime No.18 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2), 333, 74 BNS, Police Station-Rampur, District- Jaunpur, need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge-sheet on 05.02.2025.
