And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Arun Kumar Sharma Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J. Hon'ble Prashant Kumar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. Divya Ojha, learned A.G.A for the State respondents. 2. This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 06.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No.52 of 2025, under Sections108 B.N.S., Police Station Bhogaon, District Mainpuri. 3. Learned A.G.A for the State respondents states on instructions that during investigation, no complicity of the petitioners was found and accordingly, their names were expunged. So far as the other accused are concerned, the police report has been submitted before the competent court. 4. Since the names of the petitioners have already been expunged during the investigation, no further grievance survives. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. (Prashant Kumar, J.)
