Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.P.Singh, learned AGA-I for the State. 2. This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "1. Issue a writ, order or direction to the Respondent No. 2 (The Commissioner of Police, District Prayagraj) to supervise the investigation of petitioner's Case Crime No. 220 of 2023, u/S 394 I.P.C., P.S. - Ghoorpur, District- Prayagraj and ensure the fair and impartial investigation in accordance with law within time bound period without any undue delay, otherwise petitioner deprive from justice." 3.
