And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ram Bilas Prasad Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J. Hon'ble Prashant Kumar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents. 2. Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 06.03.2025 registered as Case Crime no.65/2025, under sections 85, 103(1) BNS 2023, Police Station- Kopaganj, District Mau. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to quash the impugned first information report as the same discloses commission of cognazable offence, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say, in case the petitioners are aggrieved, they may avail the remedy as available in law. (Prashant Kumar,J
