Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.0761 of 2024, under Sections 383, 120B, 420, 467, 468, 471, 499, 506 I.P.C. and 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, P.S.
