The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 01.12.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 0433 of 2023 under Sections 363 and 366 IPC at Police Station Rajghat, District Gorakhpur and with a further prayer not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. 3.
