Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A for the State respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondents to ensure fair investigation of Case Crime No. 39 of 2025, under section-333, 352, 115(2), 351(3), 109(1) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station- Kithaur, District- Meerut. 3. Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions, states that in the present matter final report has already been forwarded to the competent court. 4. In view of above, we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved, he may avail the remedy as available in law. 5.
