Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 20.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0101 of 2025, under Section 87 B.N.S., P.S. Dibiyapur, District Auraiya and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are major, as per Aadhar Card, date of birth of petitioner no.1, Pooja is 01.01.2001 and petitioner no.2 is 21.04.2000, they have solemnized their marriage on 23-03-2025 at Arya Samaj Mati Akbarpur, Kanpur Dehat. They have also moved an application for registration of their marriage, which was registered on 02.04-2025. They are living together as
