Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. Divya Ojha, learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the FIR dated 05.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0098 of 2025 under Section 191(2), 115(2), 352, 333, 64(1), 62, 309(4), 329(2) of B.N.S. and Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station-Sarnath, Commissionerate Varuna, District-Varanasi. 3. At the very outset, learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, submits that in the present matter final report has already been submitted before the competent court and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4.
