At the very outset, Ms. Divya Ojha, learned AGA-I states that in the instant case, during investigation complicity of the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 were found and accordingly, charge-sheet has been forwarded to the competent court against them. So far as petitioner nos. 3 and 4, they were exonerated in the instant case. 2. Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly states that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed leaving it open for the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings as per law. 3.
