Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Sharique Ahmed, learned counsel for respondent no. 3 and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.0159 of 2024, under Sections 188, 380 IPC, P.S. Gajner, District- Kanpur Dehat. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to quash the impugned first information report, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say, in case the petitioners are aggrieved, they may avail the remedy as available in law. Order Date
