This writ petition is preferred praying for following principal relief: "(I) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the respondents no. 1 to 5 to consider / Decided the application given by the petitioner and taken the action upon the application of the petitioner against the respondent no.6 and the not to illegally Harass /disturbed the peaceful life of the Petitioner and her family members and /or pass such other and further order by this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 4.
