Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the First Information Report, registered as Case Crime No.03 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 121(2), 352, 351(3), 132 BNS 2023, Police Station- Nagsarhalt, District-Ghazipur, need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge- sheet. The chargesheet is otherwise not under challenge. 3.
