Hon'ble Anil Kumar-X,J. 1. Heard Sri P.K.Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 23.10.2021 registered as Case Crime No. 0286 of 2021, under Sections 120-B, 193, 194, 342, 344 IPC, Police Station- Adampur, District- Amroha (Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition). (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest or harass the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report." 3. After substantial arguments once we declined to entertain the instant writ petition treating it to be second writ petition for the same cause of action,
