Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents, Shri Vivek Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the informant and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 03.02.2025, registered as Case Crime No.025 of 2025 under Section 87 B.N.S. Police Station Rehra, District Amroha and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. As per the FIR, the informant has alleged that his daughter, aged about 22 years, left home in the early morning around 4:00 AM.
