Heard Shri Rama Shankar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Ari Mardan Yadav, learned AGA for the State- respondents and perused the record. 2. The present bail application under section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. -331 of 2024, under Section 2/3 Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station -Ahmadgarh, District -Bulandshahr, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart annexed as Annexure No. 2, criminal history of one case has been shown and applicant is on bail in that case. Apart from Gang Chart, applicant have criminal history of three more cases, which is explained
