Heard Sri Desh Ratan Chaudhary, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajeev Dhar Dwivedi, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 594 of 2024, under Sections 140(1), 103(1), 3(5), 61(2) BNS, Police Station- Baghpat, District- Baghpat, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that however, applicant is named in the FIR along with others and as per allegation, he had taken the deceased from his house and thereafter he was murdered but entire allegation levelled against the applicant is totally false. 5.
