Heard Sri Shashi Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajeev Dhar Dwivedi, learned AGA, for the State. 3. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.99 of 2024, under Sections 302/34 IPC and 3/25(1-B)A Arms Act, Police Station Hazratpur, District Budaun during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on the basis of false allegation applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with three others including co-accused Umesh and after considering entire facts in detail, co-accused Umesh has been released on bail by this Court and his bail order has been annexed at page 92 of the paper book and on facts case of applicant is at par with him. 5.
