Heard Sri Ram Surat Patel, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Bhupendra Pandey, learned counsel for the informant, Smt. Fatima Khatoon, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 as well as Sri Jai Kishan Chaurasia, learned State Law Officer and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 358 of 2024, under Sections 376-D, 313, 506 of IPC and Sections 5gL/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Kotwali Orai, District - Jalaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the sister of the informant, aged about 17 years and had committed rape with her and had even video recorded the said act and started blackmailing her and continued the said relationship for a substantial period of time. 5.
