Counter affidavits filed by the State-respondent and learned counsel for the informant are taken on record. 2. Heard Shri Prabha Shankar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri R. N. Srivastava, learned AGA for the State- respondent and Shri Paritosh Shukla, learned counsel for the informant. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.190 of 2024, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 34 IPC, Police Station Afzalgarh, District Bijnor, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4.
