Heard Sri Rajeev Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Pradeep Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State- respondent. 3. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.115 of 2024, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Dubaulia, District Basti, during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that FIR of the present case was lodged against one Somai with regard to murder of the father of the informant but during investigation after exonerating the named accused, applicant, who is son of the deceased, has been made accused in the present matter. 5.
