Heard Sri Shravan Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Puneet Kumar, learned counsel for the informant as well as Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.8 of 2025, under Sections 61, 64(1), 351(3) B.N.S., Section 3/4(2) & 17/18 POCSO Act, Police Station- Behat, District- Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim on 3.1.2025 at about 02:00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
