Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. By means of this application, the applicant, Abhay Malviya, who is involved in Case Crime No.0514 of 2024, under Section 08/20, 29/60 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Robertsganj, District Sonbhadra, and is in jail since 23.12.2024 is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused, Chandresh @ Babbu Yadav, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 05.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.32775 of 2024. He has further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused, Chandresh @ Babbu Yadav, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be
