Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 3. Heard Sri Jai Raj, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Raghuraj Singh, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Kushagra Srivastava, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.177 of 2024, under Sections 376(2)(n), 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Saiyan, District- Agra, during the pendency of trial. 5. This is the second bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 21.1.2025 of this Court passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.39949 of 2024 and was not on merits. 6.
