Heard Sri Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sunil Kumar, learned AGA for the State and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 115 of 2022, under Section 376 of IPC, Police Station - Sikandrarao, District - Hathras, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant was enlarged on bail by the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge/ F.T.C. No. 1, Hathras vide order dated 29.04.2022 u/s 342, 354kha, 420, 506 of IPC but subsequently, the allegations of rape have been made by the victim in her statement recorded u/s 164 Cr.P.C.
