Heard Shri Kuldeep Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vijendra Kumar, learned AGA for the State- respondents and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Sarvendra Yadav, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 53 of 2024, under Sections 5/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Usrahar, District- Etawah. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 21.04.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co- accused, namely, Lalit Yadav @ Chiraiya has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 03.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 22806 of 2024, copy of the bail order produced by learned counsel
