Heard Shri Mushir Khan, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Sushil Kumar Pandey under the authority of Shri Dhiraj Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the first informant and Shri Arimardan Yadav, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Gaus Mohammad Alias Faraz Khan , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 233 of 2024, under Section 5/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Kamalganj, District Farrukhabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 1.11.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that earlier the applicant was enlarged on bail in this case crime
