This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Sanoj , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.100/2024-25, under Section 26 Indian Forest Act Range Pharenda, Police Station Pharenda, District Maharajganj.
