Heard Sri Hari Om Rai, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Hardev Prajapati, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Jhamman Ram, learned AGA-I for the State. 3. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 188 of 2024, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Soron, District Kasganj during pendency of the trial. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 24.04.2024 against applicant and his family members under Sections 498A, 304B IPC and Section 3/4 D.P.
