The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 236 of 2024, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 452, 34 IPC, Police Station- Rasoolabad, District- Kanpur Dehat, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4.
