The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023/439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Rahish Khan with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 395 of 2024, under Section 191(2), 151(2) of B.N.S.S. and Section 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Section 11(1)L of Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act & Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Narkhi, District- Firozabad. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not named in the FIR. Applicant's name disclosed in the statement of the eye-witness.
