Supplementary affidavit filed today on behalf of the applicants, is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicants; Sri Chandra Prakash Misra, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Shatrughan Yadav, learned AGA for the State- respondent. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicants on bail in Case Crime No. 701 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 109, 103(1) BNS, Police Station Kasya, District Kushinagar, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that applicants are ladies and on the basis of false allegations, applicants have been made accused in the present matter alongwith others including co- accused Kumari Akansha and after considering entire facts of the case, co-accused Kumari Akansha
