Heard Sri Ankit Saran, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 20.12.2024. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.401 of 2024, under Sections 64, 333, 351(2) B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Gulawati, District Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the informant and committed rape with her daughter on 26.10.2024 at about 11:00 p.m. after gagging her mouth. On her raising of alarm, the other family members are stated to have reached there, whereby the applicant pushed the informant and left her house. 6.
