Heard Sri Vivek Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri S.K. Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ravindra Singh, learned counsel for the informant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.179 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 70(2) B.N.S. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Hajaratnagar, District Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 4.
