Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.270 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 64(1), 76, 333, 351(2), 119(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station- Bhognipur, District- Kanpur Dehat, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
