Heard Sri Radhey Shyam Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Pradeep Kumar, learned AGA for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 441 of 2024, under Sections 85, 103(1), 109, 324(4) B.N.S and Section 3/4 D.P Act, Police Station Sikandrarao, District Hathras during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant is husband of the deceased and as per allegation dispute between applicant and his wife was pending and due to that dispute applicant threatened her and thereafter in the afternoon at about 1.00 PM when his wife was going on two wheeler along with her brother- in-law Vijay Singh then applicant from the back side hit them from a truck due to which his wife died and Vijay Singh sustained injuries but entire allegation leveled against the applicant is totally false. 4.
