There are allegations against the applicant of committing murder of one women. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that five persecution witnesses have been examined including the informant.All of them have been declared hostile. Applicant alleges false implication.The applicant is in jail since 23.3.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
