Counsel for Applicant :- Jagat Mohan Bind,Vikas Kumar Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Ms. Nand Prabha Shukla,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. This bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant Anuj Raj seeking enlargement on bail during trial in Case Crime No. 26 of 2024, under Section 318(4), 336(3), 338, 61(2), 340(2) of B.N.S. and Section 66-D of Information and Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, Police Station- Cyber Crime Police Station, District- Maharajganj, during the pendency of trial. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. It has been submitted that no one is victimized by the alleged fake birth certificates and death certificates. The alleged recovery of 11 certificates against the applicant is has been planted as there is no independent public witness of the alleged recovery.
