Heard Ms. Amrita Kashyap, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri V.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 702 of 2024, U/S 64, 352, 351(2) B.N.S. r/w 67 I.T. Act, Police Station Hata, District Kushinagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that he has nothing to do with the said offence. The allegations are per se false. It is stated that FIR is delayed by about fifteen days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5. Learned counsel has further stated that the matter is inter se between the family members. The said video is stated to have been sent by
