Counsel for Applicant :- Gorakh Yadav Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned A.G.A for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ajay @ Ram Niwas, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 426 of 2024, under Section- 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Sector-39 Noida, District- Gautam Buddha Nagar, pendency of trial. Apart from six cases shown in the gang chart the applicant has criminal history of six more cases wherein he is on bail. The applicant has falsely been implicated in the present case due to police rivalry. The applicant is not a member of any gang. The applicant is languishing in jail since 23.09.2024.
