The first one was rejected by this Court vide order dated 2.7.2024 passed in CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL APPLICATION No. - 16769 of 2024. 3. Heard Sri Akhilesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri S.K. Shukla, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 13 of 2024, U/S 376, 354(ग) IPC and 67 Information & Technology Act, Police Station Jarcha, District Gautam Buddh Nagar, during the pendency of trial. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
