Counsel for Applicant :- Ajay Kumar Vashistha Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rinku, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 245 of 2024, under Sections- 302 of IPC and section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station- Sikandrarau, District- Hathras, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of murder. Learned counsel for the applicant has brought on record the statements of P.W.-1, P.W.-2 and P.W.-3, who are the wife, mother and father of the deceased. P.W.-2 and P.W.-3 have been declared hostile and P.W.-1 has not supported the prosecution case. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case.
