As informed by learned State Law Officer, notice has been served to the informant on 24.10.2024. 3. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 203 of 2024, U/S 65(1), 351(2) B.N.S. and 3/5(1) U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Religious Conversion Ordinance & 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Hastinapur, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
