Heard Sri.Rajeev Kumar Pal, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Mukesh Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 179 of 2024, under Sections 302 I.P.C., Police Station Mandawar, District Bijnor, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused, Anmol Alias Anmol Garg, has been granted bail by this Court on 21.01.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 40559/2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused. The applicant is languishing in jail since 10.06.2024. He has criminal history of two cases to his credit. Learned AGA has opposed the
