Heard Ms. Abhilasha Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Pradeep Kumar, learned AGA for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 253 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Junawai, District Sambhal during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant is the informant of the case and he lodged FIR of the present case against unknown persons with regard to murder of his father but during investigation he himself has been made accused in the present matter. 4. She further submits, during investigation as per Investigating Officer he came to know that deceased was having bad character and only due to his bad character applicant and his brother committed his murder. 5.
