Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been declared juvenile during trial, as such, he is being tried as a juvenile, accordingly, present bail application has now become infructuous being filed as a bail of major person. 2. In light of the aforesaid statement of the counsel for the applicant, the instant bail application is dismissed as having become rendered infructuous. 3. The applicant has a liberty to file fresh bail application under the provision of Juvenile Justice and Care Act. 4. The certified copy of the orders and other relevant documents shall be returned to the counsel for the applicant as per the Rules of the High Court.
