Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Guddu Kumar Alias Dhoni Raj with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 143 of 2024, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) B.N.S. and 6/10 U.P. Public Examination Act, Police Station Rakabganj, District- Agra, during pendency of trial.
