Hon'ble Krishan Pahal,J. 1. List has been revised. Rejoinder affidavit filed today by the learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 2. As informed by learned AGA, notice to the informant has been served on 22.02.2025 but none is present on behalf of the informant. 3. Heard Sri Prashant Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 77 of 2024, under Sections 452, 323, 376(3), 354Kha, 341 of IPC, Section 4(2), 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Aliganj, District - Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim by hitting her by a danda on her head. The applicant was seen without clothes by her family members and on raising of alarm, the informant reached there and on seeing him, the applicant
